In 1990, the Aussie Slouch Hat Inn and Pub was founded and started trading at 1112 M.H. del Pilar Street Ermita. At first it was a small bar/restaurant/entertainment spot boasting a few basic rooms for rent. It soon became a popular meeting place for locals, expats. All nations and travellers from all over the world and still is to this day 20 years on.

In 2004 slouch hat grew in size in fact doubling its size taking on the premises of 1116 and including it in its present site. It allowed us to improve and expand our facilities giving our valued customer more variety and comfort.

Good Athmosphere! Friendly clean bar! Our friendly caring staff serving freshly cooked meals from 7:00am to 1:00pm(1300) 7 days a week 365 days a year. Cold, Cold beer Draft/bottles.
